How to pay your invoice

This guide explains the available payment options for your invoices, so you can select the one that works best for you.

We offer two payment options for your convenience:

Credit Card Payment (via Stripe)

Invoices can be paid directly via credit card in the Axinom Portal.

We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, to securely handle credit card transactions.

The payments are reflected on your account immediately after the transaction.

Key characteristics of credit card payments:

Instant confirmation: The invoice shows as paid immediately after the payment.
Real-time processing: Suitable for urgent or last-minute payments.
Fully automated: No need to handle bank details or payment references manually.

Please note:

A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. This fee covers the transaction costs charged by Stripe, allowing us to maintain our service pricing without increasing overall rates for all customers.
Customers using bank transfers are not affected by this fee. The fee applies only to credit card transactions.
Axinom does not receive your credit card data - the transaction is fully handled by Stripe.

Invoices can also be settled using traditional bank transfers.

Key characteristics of bank transfer payments:

Standard international banking procedures.
You have full control over the exact time when you pay - works well for large companies with an approval workflow
Bank details (IBAN, BIC, bank name) are provided at the bottom (footer) of your invoice.

Important:

When using bank transfer, please include your invoice number in the payment reference to ensure correct allocation.
