New release 2.44.25010.1 of Axinom Encoding Service is available!

Changes:

Improvements to the Thumbnails feature:

  • Fewer required values – default values are applied where possible
  • Thumbnails are now cropped instead of stretching
  • Thumbnails enabled for CMAF and DashOnDemand
  • Thumbnails are also available for just HLS OutputFormat (but not referenced in the playlist)

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed flickering issues occurring with some non-interlaced videos
